JOCELI MARINA CARDOZO has over 20 years of experience in international business management in the American, European and Asian continents, performing in an array of industry sectors, including textile, plastics, processed food, distilled drinks, auto parts and tourism, where she has designed and implemented strategies for organizations seeking to internationalize.

Co-Founder of the Santa Trade chamber of commerce in Singapore, her areas of expertise include strategic business development, international trade, market intelligence, and talent development.

Joceli holds an MBA in Digital Transformation (Politecnico di Milano, Italy), a Bachelor’s Degree in Management and International Business (FURB, Brazil), and a Certificate in Human Resources Management (UofC, Canada).
