Privacy Policy

The following terms and conditions govern all use of the crossbridge.ca website and all content and services available at or through the website. The website is owned and operated by CrossBridge Consulting Inc. The website is offered subject to your acceptance without modification of all of the terms and conditions contained herein and all other operating rules, policies and procedures that may be published from time to time on this site.

Please read this document carefully before accessing or using the website. By accessing or using any part of the website, you agree to become bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. Website Visitors

Like most website operators, CrossBridge Consulting collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. CrossBridge’s purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how CrossBridge’s visitors use its website as well as for dissemination reporting of their programs.

Gathering of Personally-Identifying Information

Certain visitors to CrossBridge’s website choose to interact with CrossBridge in ways that require CrossBridge to gather personally identifying information. The amount and type of information that CrossBridge gathers depends on the nature of the interaction. More specifically, we ask visitors who sign up for the programs to provide details such as name, email, phone, birthdate, and country. CrossBridge collects such information only for the needs of the programs. CrossBridge does not disclose personally identifying information other than as described below. And visitors can always refuse to supply personally-identifying information, with the caveat that it may prevent them from engaging in certain website-related activities.

Aggregated Statistics

CrossBridge may collect statistics about the behavior of visitors to the website and for internal analysis and reporting. However, CrossBridge does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described above.

GDPR Complaint

If you have the suspicion that your personal data are not treated in a proper way or there is a violation of the terms described above, then we strongly advise you to send an email to info@crossbridge.ca with your name, E-mail, and reason for complaint of GDPR violation.
